Drawing Challenge: Aqua

Map III
mixed media collage

The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
                                                                                                                                   ~ Carl Rogers

It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go.
                                                                                                                                     ~ Jim Rohn

Veronica Roth is the hostess of this drawing challenge with the theme AQUA, so head on over to her blog to check out the links to the other artists! I can't wait to see what everyone came up with!

  1. Beautiful, wonderful collage... I think rather than pass on the box of books I have waiting in limbo, I should re-asses, and maybe I can actually do something with those wonderful pages! Thank you for inspiration :-)

  5. That lovely to the max Sharmon! I love all the different elements, from the cancelled Italian stamp to the Islands and the beautiful script. You've got so much going on here. Thank you so much for joining in. Sorry I wrote to you so late. Wish there was a better system of DC calling. We might want to work on that. :D

  11. "It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go." what a wise sentence that is. and your collage includes exactly that, being in the process of traveling. being there in the moment of colors and breezes. thank you.
